First, let’s start with what coaching is NOT.
Coaching is not therapy; we will not be looking to heal from past trauma
or events. Although we will look into the past to understand the present,
and inform how we will act in the future. Coaching does not look to stay
in the past and overcome trauma or past events.
Coaching is not Mentoring. You are the expert in your life, so therefore,
Frontal will never give you advice, nor tell you what to or not to do.
The service of Coaching is to give you total autonomy, responsibility and
control in your decisions.
Coaching will seek to create an effective environment so that each
clients is provided the space to think, feel and speak freely, without
judgement, to unravel the subconscious and alleviate subconscious
feelings and thoughts.
My role as the Coach is to ask questions, provide insight and potentially
come up with an agreed solution, that you as the client can and will do.
Thus, setting the firm foundation for real change and tangible results.
